Raleigh voters indicate support for a Dorothea Dix Bond
According to the latest Public Policy Polling (PPP) survey, a majority of
Raleigh municipal election voters would support a bond referendum to help the city
purchase the Dorothea Dix property from the state in order to turn it into a city park.
